Who are paint and Sip private parties for?
Private parties at Paint and Sip are for anyone who loves to have a good time and doesn’t mind
getting a little messy! We believe that the sky is the limit and if that means doing something a bit
unconventional, we won’t shy away. In the past we’ve hosted birthday parties for all ages, we’ve
traveled for corporate events, held fundraisers and more. Reach out to us with your idea and let’s

What do you need to bring to a paint and sip private event?
You don’t NEED to bring anything; however, many people choose to bring food to enjoy before,
during, or after painting. Feel free to have food delivered, bring your favorite Non-alcoholic
beverages, and if it’s a birthday you’re celebrating, don’t forget the cake! We’ll have all the art
supplies need including canvases, brushes, smocks, and anything else you need for your
How long do paint and sip private events last?
Typically, parties last about two hours. Most paintings from our website take about 1.5 hours for
an artist to guide you through, and you can choose to eat before you get started or afterward you
have finished. However, if the painting you’ve chosen is more complicated, or you plan on
bringing a whole buffet, let us know and we can work with you to find a date that allows a longer
How much does it cost to have a party at Paint and Sip?
All parties require a non-refundable deposit in order to secure the date and time of your
choosing. For a kid’s party, the deposit is $200, and the total is $400 for up to 10 painters. It is an
additional $38 for each child after. For an adult party, the deposit is $250, and the total is $525
for up to 10 painters. It is an additional $42 for each additional guest.
How do you book a private party?
To book your event, please send an email to [email protected] at least 2 weeks in
advance so we can best accommodate you. Let us know what kind of party it is, how many
people are coming, what painting from our gallery you’ve chosen (or if you’d like a custom one
to be created), and if you have any other requests. Additionally, if you’d like to hold your party
at your home, or another location, we can come to you. Travel parties vary in costs depending on
distance and the number of guests but we’re more than happy to work with you to plan the party
of your dreams!
